The MOE Milo Youth Triathlon took place at Palawan Beach.Intitally the Swim leg nearly drained my stamina.As currents were strong,ended up with a salty lips.Manged to finish the triathlon.Swee ah!

well,Night Hawk Operation once again.Today it was at Mactitchie,2100hrs.I attended it and did a simple recovery run.As the nxt days are filled with races.Frm the lonely night of macritchie rd and finished at Thomson plaza area.

NIGHT HAWK OPERATION
At the break of Dawn,heading down to Big splash for training.The route planned was frm Big Splash-Fort Road-Big splash-Seafood Centre-E1 and make a U-turn back to Big splash.In the mid of returing saw this milo van,without hesitsting ran to it to serve myslf few cups.Its kill my hydration.Resulted in unable to run and walk.With an easy pace and returned to Big splash.
