NIKE Human Race 2009 Race Pack Collection

7.30am,currently at SGapore flyer to help out with the race pack collection.The clock ticks its hands on 10am,seeing many runners waiting to collect and wonder what the contents for this year.The queue was irregular.Its kept evryone busy til 7.15pm...a sigh of relief.

Highlight: DJs features songs-"Nobody","Sori Sori"...ppl X and ppls Y were dancing to the tune of "Nobody"Suppose to be a challenge to win a pair of Nike Shoe.I means.(Nike shoe+Bag=Nike Shoebag) Hahas.Its a PK scene.7pm is our dancefloor night.

Training Run-Mercury 180(Orchard Central)

Just came back frm training,its new route todae covering abt 5.6km.Its kinda tiring as I trying to pace with other runners.But I was worried abot my issue of my IT Bands..Just feel a slight discomfort for few mins.In the mild,I was really craving for energy drinks! Managed to finished the run with few other runners.I believed they are more experinced in running than me.
