AVIVA IRONMAN 70.3
The long awaiting race ended yesterdae late afternoon.Craig Alexander and Caroline steffen once rule ironman 70.3 again.As early as 7.10am to flag off the Elites,the 1.9km swim,90.1 bike and 21.1 run definately gona create a impact on athletes.I was tre to shot down some moments by these athletes.
After training,I been at Carls Juniors.Well,it was raining and decided to stay put till evening training.The atmosphere was intensly cold.Managed to clear bits of my works and busy calling the volunteers.
Later,went to find Edwyna.Being gossiping and gaga ard.Hahas.Upon 6pm,took a cab down to Carpark F for training.

Drizziling morning,heading down to Big Splash for training.Weather is rather cooling and easily made my turning point at National Sailing Centre.Upon reaching Angsana Green,my feet are rather heavy as pacing was literally dropped to 6mins/km.Hahas. Managed to clock a less than 2hrs timing.Its not up to standard.
