The 200m Freestyle swim was devastating.While finished the 50m,my left thigh was severe cramped.Wanted to continue for the remaining,its was real bad.I couldnt swim anymore.Seeking SOS.
The 3km Run was not pleasing too.Stiches ard the abdomen area,feeling dehydrated and feeling cramps again.My heart pumps 2000x per mins.lols.I admits there were compeititors with timing of 11plus mins.

SINGAPORE: Singapore has set a new world record for having the largest rally of badminton.
Over 600 people turned up with their racquets on Saturday morning for the attempt. One by one, they each took a shot at keeping the shuttlecock in the air.
Singapore’s national players Ronald Susilo and Kendrick Lee also turned up. In the end, 96 people managed to keep a rally going non—stop, and in the process, a new Guinness World Record was set.
The record attempt was held as part of the Aviva Open which will take place in June

Dissapointing result...
Its a Veteran 10.4km run despite my age.Well,my first 6km was a sucessful kickoff but the remaining 4km is almost killing me mentally and physically.Real Shagg!Inspire by the motivation but no actions proven!I was half jog and walk.Hahas.I finished the race ard 8.45am then walking rds and rds the various booths.Grabbed a couples cans of 100plus drink for training later.leaving ard 9.30am,Bus 197...

After my 10.4km run,I continued to play 3 sets of 2 Vs 2 volleyball matchs.Sort of a warm-up.Shit!I cant moved in the first set,simply too exhausted.My hands cant cordinate along well with my legs.The results was 19:21(2 balls),21:18,19:21(2 balls).Wasted ah!My legs cramps like shit!Then slack ard the beach til 5plus pm.
