
Nighthawks emerge on 9th April,9.30pm.
Its was a recovery run for me,as I having 2XU this weekend.The weather was cool,pacing for evryone was acceptable.Before the run, Coach Kien Mau gave his sharing session on the importance of rest and sufficient sleep in preparation for training.
I made an U.turn and head to the main road to get a cab.

kinda busy tomorow as nda head down to Keypower to collect bibs and maybe meeting Baldwin for training at CCAB.Perhaps?Nda going MUGGING.Studying make u GROW FAT!

During SIS lead-up run,did a simple 1km of 4mins pacing with Baldwin.Learned quite a lot of him."Being slow is not determined by u yrslf but is yr pace."I must admit he was more steady.Must learn under him to imprve myslf.

Early morning,head down to Macritchie for a 10km training run.It was drizziling as we had passed 1km and it started to shower quite heavily.I am totally drenched by the rain.Fortunately,Uncle and one TRF guy were with us,pacing for me was back to normal.Perhaps it the compression sock that aid?But my fren was in a struggle and they navigated our route to the Lornie Rd and finished off at the MR centre.
Kinda feeel great,running with them.Someone told me,"Dun waste yr talent!"I cherished this statement.
