It kick off at Changi Exhibition Centre.
Daren crossed the finsihing line at 11pm of a distance of 21km.
Once again stepped into the race for 42.2km and crossed the finishing line at 4.50am,30th May 2010.
"I had beaten the sunrise and finished the route."

Yeterdae was Sgapore Passion run,I was cheated by the route once again.Although I was a regular of ECP,My ITBS had cause to not to perform as well as I wanted to.The route was badly organise.Loops after loops.Chui ah.
The volunteers are cheering the runners on,but many simply walked.I nearly given up on the whole race.Painful experience (:

The long awaited run,2XU had finished yesterdae morning at sentosa.It was physically and mentally challenging.I admit that I was nearly dehydrated as my fluid was running out.Hahs.On the 8km route,I saw quite a few walking and I was struggling. Desire for a icy cold bath.BUT I struggled and pace well enugh for my final lap to give a nice post (: learned frm Baldwin.

Nighthawks emerge on 9th April,9.30pm.
Its was a recovery run for me,as I having 2XU this weekend.The weather was cool,pacing for evryone was acceptable.Before the run, Coach Kien Mau gave his sharing session on the importance of rest and sufficient sleep in preparation for training.
I made an U.turn and head to the main road to get a cab.

Early morning,head down to Macritchie for a 10km training run.It was drizziling as we had passed 1km and it started to shower quite heavily.I am totally drenched by the rain.Fortunately,Uncle and one TRF guy were with us,pacing for me was back to normal.Perhaps it the compression sock that aid?But my fren was in a struggle and they navigated our route to the Lornie Rd and finished off at the MR centre.
Kinda feeel great,running with them.Someone told me,"Dun waste yr talent!"I cherished this statement.

The long awaiting race ended yesterdae late afternoon.Craig Alexander and Caroline steffen once rule ironman 70.3 again.As early as 7.10am to flag off the Elites,the 1.9km swim,90.1 bike and 21.1 run definately gona create a impact on athletes.I was tre to shot down some moments by these athletes.

Drizziling morning,heading down to Big Splash for training.Weather is rather cooling and easily made my turning point at National Sailing Centre.Upon reaching Angsana Green,my feet are rather heavy as pacing was literally dropped to 6mins/km.Hahas. New Year Eve morning,went Macritchie for a training run followed by a mini Interval training.Saw couples of Runners.Feeling the urge to Challenge them.Hahas.But I am nursing a wound and kinda in RECOVERY state.REST NOW,RUN LATER.Having a 2 pics KFC meals after training.Perfect!
Evening,heading down Clementi for Reunion Dinner,do some cathing-ups and yea.The food were all nicely packed in my Stomach,feeling bloated.Yea,journey home on a travelling cab.cheers.

Surfing 400m and running 5.5km ard Sentosa yesterdae.Hmm, after grabbing the surf board,kept sweeping under water pressure,until I reached the loop,I stucked! The Canoeist ask me to use Kayaking method,Left forward,Right Backward.Then my flat laying-postion changed to the kneeling position.Emerged to the RUN..I was the last RUNNER in the LAST WAVE.Pacing was a bit uncordinate as my breathing was kinda heavy.Stil managed to finish and I WAS NOT THE LAST FINISHER.
BUT 10m away the finishing point,I tripped and fell causing injuries and bruises to my both knees and my ankle was a bit tilted.WTF!THe first time Daren was down!Hahas.

Tiong Bahru Challenge had gathered various runners at Boon Tiong area.The distance is a 5km Run and 30th storey vertical climb.
I was pacing neither fast nor slow.Perhaps after my Run for Hope,I had not been training due to work.I cant really adapt well.Its was still manageable.When finishing the run,the vertical climb nearly snatch away my positions.I literally climbed up.Hahas

Feel kinda exhausted this weeks due to training and more trainings.Thinking of getting a break so to let my muscles relax.Its getting cramp now and then.

Jus finished training at Clementi Beach volleyball court.Playing 2 vs 2 fixture with Joshua.Yea,We gotten the championship.But tre no prize.I believe todae evryone had fun under the humid weather.We,two had developed chemistry and team work as he is my new partner for Beach Vbolley.Perhaps nxt day,gona Bump,set,spike with him on Velocity summerfest?

Today,22th Nov is the day for Run For Hope Sgapore 2009.Runners gathered ard ECP E2(Angsana Green)to complete their 4km or 10k for Charity.Its worth doing so.Despite it a charity Run,the response frm the runners is still good.
Today,I clocked a total of 53mins for 10k thru my Nike Sportband.Hahas.Result is still not promising enugh.My training target is kinda 45mins.Pacing is a bit slow. But doin this charity run with my frens is good enug.

Trainings as usual at NIKE Flagship Store,Wisma Atria.Reached ard 6.05pm,and saw Team Fatbird Pacers and Couples of NIKE Staffs.BUT not any regular runners.Run still continues with me,Terrance and the Team Fatbird Pacers.
Feeling Stiches when pacing ard Botanic Garden.YN told me her method to overcome it and I sucessfully reduce the pains.Look stupid!Hahas.

Just came back frm training,its new route todae covering abt 5.6km.Its kinda tiring as I trying to pace with other runners.But I was worried abot my issue of my IT Bands..Just feel a slight discomfort for few mins.In the mild,I was really craving for energy drinks! Managed to finished the run with few other runners.I believed they are more experinced in running than me.
